Welcome to Car On Rent Karachi. By booking or using our vehicle rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Car On Rent Karachi website and all vehicle rental services provided by us.

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or rental services.

2. Rental Requirements

Driver’s License

All renters must possess a valid driving license that has been issued for at least one (1) year before the rental date.

Identification

A valid government-issued photo identification document is required, such as:

  • CNIC
  • Passport
  • NICOP (where applicable)

Failure to provide valid identification may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Rental Period

Booking Duration

The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking.

Rental Extension

If you wish to extend your rental period, you must notify Car On Rent Karachi before the rental period expires. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.

Late Return

Vehicles returned after the agreed rental period may be subject to additional charges.

4. Payment & Fees

Payment Policy

Full payment must be made before or at the time of vehicle handover unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards

Security Deposit

No security deposit

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Late vehicle returns
  • Traffic fines
  • Fuel shortages
  • Vehicle damages
  • Extra services requested by the customer

5. Use of Vehicle

Permitted Use

The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

Prohibited Use

The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Racing or speed competitions
  • Towing without permission
  • Transporting prohibited items
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Any activity that may damage the vehicle

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

6. Insurance & Liability

Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee where applicable.

Additional insurance options may be available upon request.

Vehicle Damage

The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the applicable insurance coverage.

Accidents

In the event of an accident:

  • Ensure personal safety.
  • Contact local authorities immediately.
  • Inform Car On Rent Karachi as soon as possible.
  • Cooperate fully with insurance and legal procedures.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time to qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds may be subject to administrative or cancellation charges.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Late cancellations
  • Violations of rental terms

8. Privacy Policy

Car On Rent Karachi respects your privacy.

Any personal information collected through our website or booking process will be used only for service-related purposes and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Car On Rent Karachi reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

10. Return & Refund Policy

Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed and processed according to our company policies.

Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days to be completed.

Car On Rent Karachi reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking amount shall apply to all customer-initiated cancellations. The remaining eligible amount, if any, will be refunded in accordance with the company’s refund policy.
